District Fire Chief Richard S. Rallios

Richard Rallios is the Current Fire Chief of the District. He has been with the French Camp McKinley Fire District since 1962. He has been the Fire Chief since 1970. Chief Rallios also serves as the Clerk of the Board and Chief Administrative Officer.

Montezuma Fire District Chief / Rotational Duty Officer
Edward Martel

Chief Martel and Chief Rallios have a Joint Powers Agreement for Rotational Duty Officer coverage. This JPA allows both Districts to minimize operational costs for Chief Officer coverage.

Chief Martel has been with Montezuma Fire District since 1986.

Assistant Fire Chief / Paramedic Paul A. Tualla

Assistant Chief Tualla started in the Fire Service in 1992 as a Reserve Firefighter for the French Camp McKinley Fire District. in 1995, he was hired at Montezuma Fire District as a Firefighter/Paramedic and eventually promoted to Administrative Captain in 2003. Assistant Chief Tualla returned to the French Camp McKinley Fire District in July 2009 to take the Assistant Chief's Position. Assistant Fire Chief Tualla also has worked as a Law Enforcement Officer for the City of Citrus Heights and Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office.

Fire Prevention Captain John Gish

Captain Gish has been with the Fire District since 1995. He is currently assigned to the Fire Prevention Division where he is responsible for Fire Inspections, Public Education and Prevention education for District Personnel.

Engineer Matthew Bailey

Engineer Bailey has been with the District since 2003. He is assigned as the "A" Shift Leader. He is also assigned as the Training Officer and he also works as a Battalion Chief for the Farmington Fire District.

Engineer Nicholas Odgers

Engineer Odgers has been in the Fire Service since 1993. He is currently assigned as the "B" Shift Leader and is responsible for PPE Equiptment issuance and inspections. He is also a Captain for the Thornton Fire District.

Engineer Brandon Wilson

Engineer Wilson is assigned to "C" Shift as the Shift Leader. He is responsible for Reserve Firefighter Training and Sleeper Shift scheduling. He is also in charge of our Technical Rescue Program. He holds the following certifications:

Engineer/Fire Mechanic Andrew Beckwith

Engineer Beckwith is assigned as the Engineer for "B" Shift. He is responsible for the maintenance coordination and repairs on all of our Apparatus.
